Avanta Development & Design was founded with a clear purpose — to create a better, more thoughtful experience for people navigating the world of real estate.

Founder and CEO Mackenzie graduated with a degree in Interior Architecture and Design and began her career managing a small interior design business, helping clients create intentional, meaningful spaces. As her work evolved, so did her vision. Her passion shifted from just designing homes to understanding how they’re built — starting from the land itself.

That passion became the foundation of Avanta, a company committed to connecting with people on a deeper level. What began with land acquisition has expanded into a more comprehensive approach to real estate and development. Mackenzie’s goal has always been to simplify the process for both sellers and developers — offering transparency, trust, and a genuine sense of partnership every step of the way. More than a transaction-based business, Avanta is a mission-driven company rooted in service, integrity, and long-term relationships.
